"​We booked our stay almost a year ago and were pleasantly surprised! As a wheelchair user in an accessible room, I found the facilities fantastic. Check-in was smooth; the desk is high, but staff thoughtfully provided a clipboard to sign paperwork. ​Our ground-floor room (Room 18) was clean and spacious enough to park and charge my wheelchair overnight while still moving comfortably. The bathroom featured a roll-in shower with a seat, a red pull cord, and a left-side drop-down transfer rail by the toilet. Note: the bed is standard hotel height with no pull cord or bedside sockets (ample sockets exist opposite the bed, which was fine for us). They also provide a vibrating under-pillow emergency alarm. ​Spa access was great. I rode to the changing room—which has a fully accessible roll-in shower/seat and toilet with rails—and used my walking stick to reach the pool. However, please note there are no transfer aids or hoists for the pool or hot tub. ​The food was fantastic! Any minor issues were rectified quickly, professionally, and apologetically. The staff were incredibly attentive and considerate throughout our visit. We had a truly wonderful stay and will definitely be returning next year!"
