"Everything was good other than smelling cigarette smoke outside of our room. This is suppose to to be a smoke free resort. So we were very disappointed with that.
I have migraines and the smoke triggered it for me to have a migraine. 😥"

"Clean room as expected, being part of the honors!
The biggest disappointment was the hot water. It was like it only had one shower with warm water. The hot water out of the sink was hotter than the shower.
My 11-year-old son and wife ended up taking cold showers because there were none!
When we checked out, I notified the front desk of the issue, and, being a part of the honors, I was disappointed in the fact that my son and wife had to take cold showers at a HILTON! I expected better!
I will be coming back to the Wooster area in the future because my daughter is a student at OSU ATI right across the street from the Hilton Garden Inn! I hope that the issue gets fixed for the next member who stays in room 103! "

"Beds were very stiff. Brown water filled the hot tub. Two people in the room with only one regular coffee to be made in the morning. Ice maker outside room very noisy. Refrigerator in room just as loud as icebox. Walls very thin, adjacent rooms loud. Breakfast was very good"
