"Great room, super clean and wonderful breakfast selection."

"Extra clean rooms especially the bathroom! I have a thing about showers that I havnt cleaned myself. Usually I can feel a layer of soap scum if it hasnt been cleaned well enought but the walls of the shower in our one bedroom suite was pristine. We had a third set of towels even though there was only two of us. Breakfast was superb! Bagels, bread, toaster, hot fluffy scambled eggs with topping options, perfectly crisp bacon, optional oatmeal with tons of toppings yogurt and and a make your own waffle station. Everything was great and the staff was very helpful and just nice which not a lot of people are these days. The outdoor pool was closed for winter and we were there one night for a comedy show so we didnt do much around the hotel except eat and sleep. On sunday breakfast ends at ten and a wonder I have never seen before is that check out is at 12 (noon). After filling our stomachs we went back to the room and took a nap after our late night. We woke up a little bit late and each jumped in the shower taking turns gathering all of our stuff and didnt get the keys back to the desk until 1215 but they didnt charge us for a late check out. The blanket situation seemed a little flat but they had a spare set of linens in the closet so I grabbed the extra blanket and it was perfect and the pillows were thick and fluffy, i want one for home! "

"Had to stay up here during a snow storm for a couple days and this place was amazing! Not only the unique experience but they really took care of the guest. Everything was closed in the area and they even provided dinners for the guest which was a life saver "

"Room was comfortable and clean. Shower pressure was excellent. Beds were comfortable. The customer service was absolutely fantastic! Front desk was attentive at check in and during a phone call for a possible lost item realized at 4:30 am while preparing to leave for my flight. The front desk agent went to look in the restaurant for my missing item - thankfully, I realized I packed it differently and found what I thought I had lost, but the agent took time to find it and I appreciate her kindness. My sister and I had dinner at the bar where we received excellent service from Brandon, lots of laughs with the other patrons who have been stranded by the winter storm, and really great food! Overall, a great stay, thanks to a wonderful staff. "
