"I have travelled regularly for work and pleasure throughout the US. This hotel would be in my top three hotels (that includes Vegas, Orlando, etc). Very clean, breakfast and happy hour was great, the entire staff was personable and responsive. Bathroom shower was perfect - shower head was at the right height, water pressure was great, shower gel/shampoo/conditioner was in a dispenser by shower head, AND the tub was not a slick-narrow-curved-porcelain slip hazard. Bonus points for the soft close toilet seat. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Great hotel unless there is a kids soccer competition going on while you are there. Kids were screaming all night, running around, knocking on does, setting off fire alarms and riding up and down the elevators, hitting every button. The staff did evict 2 people, but about 50 more people needed to be kicked out. Usually I’m a fan of ES, but the staff were not equipped to deal with the insanity."
