For a single traveler looking for a single room to rest the accommodation has really good conditions with a good price . Stuff is friendly and location is great near the main train station

Our arrival on a Wednesday evening coincided with what looked like a frat party but for teenagers. Very large groups of high schoolers from different countries were staying here and making the most of their time away from parents. Hanging around and rushing about outside, running up and down the hallways and generally being teenagers. That said the room was pretty quiet overall and it was clean. The location near the Hauptbahnhof is convenient and so overall the stay was good. Surprisingly, the Friday night was much quieter than the Wednesday and Thursday nights as it seemed most of the school groups went home on Friday.

A bit of a let down.
It was quite lacking. The double bed is two single mattresses put together, and two single sized comforters that barely fit over your body. Basically they just put two of the dorm beddings in the room. The shower could really use some serious attention. Small black spots were in all the corners around the bottom, and I can only imagine it was mold or something else I don't want to know. The shower drain seemed to be a little bit clogged too. The toilet also had discoloration inside it, which makes it look like it had not been cleaned properly in a while either. Little bits of debris were on the floor in the room, and there were marks and stains on the walls. The lighting is terrible, dim, especially in the bathroom, the shower could use a light. The fixtures look like they're from a ship. The plumbing from the toilet kept making noises constantly... The kitchen is a joke, very small, lots of tools are missing.

It took a while to check in. They sent me a link to do express check in but after entering the details, they could not find my details. So i had to go to the reception which also couldn't find my details for a while. It took about 20mins to get check in done. Then at approximately 2.30am i had a drunk guy kept knocking at my door & i told him to go away, he kept knocking. Went away from a few hours & then came back at about 5am. Really2 annoying my sleep. It was pretty scary actually.

Stayed for 4 days in a private room. The hotel/hostel was okay for the price. They offer breakfast buffet with a wide selection of choices for an additional fee. The facility was a walking distance to the Berlin central station and it was safe/walkable at night.

Ok price. Location is boring and there's nothing walkable or worth seeing except an Aldi's that's 10 minutes away. It's all residence buildings for kilometers The building was noisy because There was a large group of too many young junior high schoolers running around, being noisy and pressing buttons on elevators and it was annoying that the staff had no security or to calm them down. There was nothing interesting nearby so I believe that's why there were so many kids hanging out and running through the halls. The building is like a large institution with so many rooms and narrow hallways. The rooms are crowded. They also put 2 beds next to each other as if two strangers should sleep shoulder to shoulder, which was wejrd. Too crowded and disorderly and boring location. Chaotic environment. Wouldn't recommend.

Everything works perfect in the room! I've been to more expensive hotels in USA, where sinks are clogged, the room is dirty, etc ,and the staff is not as friendly as here. I live Houston, TX, and if I return to Berlin, I'm sure that I will stay here. Thanks a lot!!!

I had booked a room in a shared dormitory- the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in a while, the shower was clogged, and my bed looked like someone had slept in it/ the sheets were missing. I feel like the adequate level of maintenance wasn't kept up and I ended up checking out early because I was so uncomfortable in the room. Otherwise the building/area looked welcoming and the desk staff were polite and helpful.

Great hotel in Berlin
I think we must have stayed during spring vacation because there were a lot of boisterous young people in the hotel. They created a lot of happy noise so we didn’t mind. Breakfast was good and the bed was fantastic.

The staff was unpleasant and bored. We paid for the late check out and afterwards they wanted to charge us again saying they don't have it in their systems. Also, the cleaners entered our room three times when we were inside, before the check out (both regular and late).

Honestly couldn’t recommend it enough.
Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Insanely cheap for the quality of rooms that they have. More amenities then any other place I’ve been that’s even been triple the price of here. Arthur at the bar and check in was really friendly and happy to help. With it only being a 10 minute walk from the HBF Main is a big plus.

We stayed two nights in a private room but had to deal with constant loud noises and disturbances from attendants in the immediate rooms near us. If you want a decent nights sleep we suggest to stay away from this property.

Check in was ridiculous, staff too laid back & no urgency or desire to attend to customers. I thought one member of staff at reception was sorting out an issue for some people at the desk but it turns out they were doing paperwork with no concern for the queue of people, I had to ask if they were checking in & they said yes - wow!!
