The apartment was amazing. The only thing that we could not figure out was the Air Conditioner. But once you open the windows, the flow of air was more than sufficient.

Very large room, good facilities, helpful friendly staff and a very competitive price. Only minor quibble - with such an otherwise well-equipped kitchen, I would have expected a microwave. Otherwise, can't fault it.

The place is amazing!!! Centric, and close to all, the only details I would recommend is get better pillows in the rooms, they are super thin and not confortable

We loved everything of this property. Spacious. Everyone spoke very good English (which is not the case in Europe). It is centrally located (10-15 min walk). The restaurants and grocery shops are 2 mins away. You can make your stay however you wish. The bathroom is the best, spacious and clean. Way better than I expected. I recommend HSH Hotel Apartments in Berlin vs an expensive Hotel.

The room turned out to be much bigger than I expected. The bathroom was huge, and there were two balconies facing the front and back of the building. Overall, the room was great!

The place was really nice and clean. The only downside is the Wi-fi is absolutely terrible. It didn’t work. So if you need WI-fi that works you will be out of luck. If they fix that or you don’t need it, this place is amazing!

Great location, comfortable spacious apartment
Our apartment was very spacious and with good facilities. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable but the other beds were OK. Having single duvets on the beds isn't brilliant as they are not really big enough to cover a 6 foot male! The location is good as most of the sights are within walking distance and there are supermarkets and bakeries nearby. The staff are very friendly and speak excellent English. I would definitely recommend these apartments

Walked up from main station but trams available about 12 minute walk. Plenty of shops and food outlets near by. Room 111 massive, clean and all required items one needs. Breakfast was excellent enough provided at self serve to last one all day. Laundry available down stairs. Overall a good serviced apartment with friendly staff.

Family friendly hotel in good location
My wife and I stayed here with our 18 month old son for 3 nights. The staff in the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious & modern with a well equipped kitchen area. The location is convenient for most of Berlin’s major attractions with excellent public transport links. I would recommend this hotel to any families looking for somewhere to stay whilst they explore Berlin.

Stayed a total of 5 nights
Stayed here for 4 nights following a group stay of one night. Room (244) was a large suite that ran from front of the building, street side, to the back of the building with windows on street and small deck at back. Kitchenette had all the necessities plus dishes. Bathroom was large as was living/dining room. Reasonably furnished for two people. There were some drawbacks: Noise: from construction sites on both sides of building during the day; from the street, including 24 hour tram service made sleeping with window open impossible; from people on balconies or on the patio at night . Also smokers on neighboring rooms' balconies prevented us from enjoying ours or even leaving the door open and no A/C or fan. At least 5 overhead lights were burned out, including the entry and the living room. Cleanliness was lacking in the bathroom---wall above the tub was gray with build-up soap scum on tile and grout--did some cleaning ourselves to clear some of the scum off. Some utensils in the kitchen dirty. Rate was very reasonable for the size of the suite.

This hotel was very average for the price. The family apartment was large but not well furnished or laid out. You could see through glass in the apartment straight into the bathroom. The lift was broken for three of the five days we were there requiring us to walk up six floors. The apartment was very clean. Kitchen had a Nespresso machine but you supply your own pods after the first two. I probably wouldn't stay again. There were other nice places very close by.

The hotel was a good match for our needs because we were a family of 4 and we had room to relax and have a snack without having to go to restaurant. It would have been difficult to cook because the kitchen was not well equipped but it worked for our minimal preparation. The grocery store is nearby. The area was short trolley or underground to areas of interest. We also enjoyed walking to center when we had the time.

Roomy and comfortable.
This is a great choice especially if you want a little kitchenette. Bed is your typical European split mattress which personally I dislike as they are always a bit hard for me. Check in/out was seemless. Convenient walk from the U6 stop. A little bit away from the town centre but plenty of public transport makes this and easy spot to explore town from. Balcony, good shower, coffee pod machine. If back in Berlin would definitely stay here again.

Really Wonderful Place to Stay!
This place was so great, we extended our stay there twice! It's more like a condo than a hotel, and the beds are a little hard, but there is daily maid service, they offer free washers and dryers on the property in case you need to do a little laundry, movies are available for a nominal fee and the coffee and tea available in the lobby is coffee shop quality - not your run of the mill generic stuff. The staff puts this place over the top and if we ever get back to Berlin, we will definitely be staying there!

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms
To take all our luggage we decided to take the taxi from outside of Hauptbahnhoff on Washingtonplatz, but the taxis would not take us to this hotel since it was so close, it is not worth them waiting in the queue so long. But we got one to take us on the other side, Europaplatz. We stayed in 3 Berlin hotels on our trip because we made our central location for the other cities we flew to and took the train to. This was the better hotel among them. Would book this one again.

Noisy street, just OK
This is a reasonable mid-price hotel in a nondescript part of Berlin (near the old boundary between East and West) but I wouldn't book it again. It's spacious as we booked a family apartment style. BUT it's on a very busy street and there is no air-conditioning, so that was problematic -- you had to choose between a lot of noise (heavy tram lines below window) and having some air. The hotel did have fans, which you could get on request. We asked to move, but the front desk didn't get back to me and after that I just dropped it (told them the next day never mind but it was disappointing there was no communication on it). The decor is somewhat tired, frankly, and the pullout sofa was quite uncomfortable. I think it would be lot nicer to be on the garden side, so if you want this hotel ask to book NOT on the street. Location is great for transport -- just steps from both U-Bahn and S-Bahn stops. But it's pretty far from the central tourist area, so you couldn't really walk around the main things.

A very nice space for a stay in Berlin. Spacious and comfortable. Only 2 complaints the room was very warm and although the open windows gave a nice breeze, the street noise was awful.

Perfect location in Mitte
So easy to get to from the main train station--we walked there at midnight with no trouble at all. Large apartment, separate bedroom, with well appointed kitchen. Within walking distance to all the sightseeing attractions.

Great Location for sight seeing in Berlin, but.
Excellent location for sight seeing, the Ubahn is right around the corner. Good food within walking distance. The hotel lobby was nice and the parking is easy and cheap if you drive, but the room was not up to par with a 4 star rating. The room did not look or feel clean and had an odor from smoking in the room. Can't beat the location, but would choose somewhere else for the next stay.

Strategic location. Easy access to all attractions. the hotel layout and the room is better than expected. we love it especially access to the balcony and the size of kitchen. The hotel is value for money and definitely my choice each time I'm in Berlin.

Fanntastic appartments in central location
Stayed here with my sister and nephews. We had travelled into Berlin from Cologne by train and this was a quick bus ride or brisk walk from station. The appartments are very close to the U Barn station outside the natural history museum Staff was incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The Berlin Wall memorial and visitor centre are walking distance from the appartments, as is Netto so we stocked up with breakfast provisions as kitchen is lovely. Only one small complaint was the lack of air con or fans as it was boiling at night during a hot Berlin summer. That said, air con isn't that popular anywhere in Berlin so be prepared.

Arrived on possibly the hottest day in Berlin 40degrees C, no air con in room was a major let down and windows could not be opened due to the very noisy road works outside- ok at the weekend but 630am on a weekday was too early when on holiday, The room layout was good and comfortable, immaculately clean and fabulous staff who nothing was to much trouble for.
