"It is in a great location and we dealt with a very helpful staff member named Toni who helped us find a lost passport but I still feel I should rate the stay very low because the AC was not working in our room and I alerted the staff to this issue every day for the 5 day stay and nothing was ever done about it. I spoke with other quests and many had the same issue with no effort made by the hotel to fix it that I'm aware of. The room was 26 degrees Celsius and sometimes higher. Was a very bad experience."

"This was a very nice hotel with awesome A/C in a convenient part of town. Note that there is no parking here (all street), so get to know the area and where to park beforehand. The breakfast was very good (busy!) and overall it was a fast-paced vibe. There isn't a full restaurant, and the bar is pretty expensive, and when we asked for more toilet paper (we didn't need our room made up each day), the people at the front desk were nice about it, but while the third person went to get the TP, the other two looked like they were gossiping about us in German while they looked at us. I could have read it wrong, but it was uncomfortable. Either way, I would still recommend this hotel. It's in a great location and has the minimum essentials."

"So many good things to recommend about this hip hotel. Problems, however, to note: A/C struggles to keep up with serious summer heat. Plan accordingly. Free coffee service was down for four of my six days there. Bubbly water was down for three days. Noise from the street is only a problem when sirens blare. Now the good: all new, clean, functional. Room/bath have all you need. Windows open in case you need some fresh air. Curtains are blackout, very useful. Beds comfortable and new. Staff was exceptional, kind, helpful, and ready to answer any questions. Location is perfect: ten minutes walk from Hbf. Good coffee shops nearby, good restaurants nearby. Recommended."

"I always stay at this property when I visit Germany and this was the first time that I was disappointed. The bathroom smelled like chlorine so the room did as well. Also next time I would prefer to have a choice as to whether I’m getting an accessible room as I don’t like the bathroom setup, especially the shower. I traveled with my parents and we ended up in rooms on different floors which is annoying when you need a room key to even get on each floor."
