L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier tranquille à 10 minutes à pied de la vieille ville, 10 minutes du rosengarden, de même que du musée Einstein. A proximité, il y a des trams et bus pour ceux qui préfèrent ces moyens à la marche. Chambres sont spacieuses, confortables. La salle de bain et partagée, il y en a 2 pour 6 chambres. Nous n’avons eu aucun problème d’accès lors de notre séjour. Les choix sont variés pour le déjeuner. Yogourt, pain grillé, muffin maison, viandes froides, fromages, fruits, etc. Les aliments sont frais. Le personnel est très courtois et avenant. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour dans votre ville.

We had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was above our expectations and it was so nice to be able to enjoy it onsite without having to walk the city around to find somewhere. Staff were helpful and there were some lovely other touches. I was more than happy that we booked this hotel at the last minute and would definitely stay again.

À mon arrivée, il n’y avait plus de place de parking disponible, obligé de se garer dans la rue. Il n’était pas précisé que la salle de bain et le WC n’était pas dans la chambre hôtel vieillot, mais ils font le nécessaire pour essayer de le rendre propre quand même le personnel Est très correct. Le déjeuner est très bien mais je suis déçu de la qualité de la prestation en plus la chambre était à côté de l’ascenseur, trop bruyant la nuit.

Mir hat alles gefallen! Gute Lage, sauber und lecker. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, einen Tagesparkplatz zu kaufen, der 16 Franken kostet. Das ist rentabler als stündlich zu zahlen. Im Allgemeinen ist alles großartig.

Very welcoming staff, good location with short bus/tram ride to train station. Good (cold) breakfast with lots of juice and coffee. A bit noisy at times - doors closing at all hours near shared bathroom and some neighborhood partying on Saturday night.

To be honest, this hotel is not too bad, very good location that is very close to train station. It’s clean and safe, it is a contactless hotel, no any staff inside the hotel, keyless doors, you have to check in online before arrival, get code by email. I have no problem get in, but it gave me hard time to get out. I couldn’t get out after I checked out, and stuck inside, the door was not open. Nobody can help, nobody picks up phone. How did I get out finally! Asked someone who just passed door, I gave him a code to open the door for me. It was very bad situation, I have to catch a train.

Hyggelig hotel i centrum af Bern

Godt hotel der er beliggende i centrum af Bern. Der er kun en kort gåtur til banegården, samtidig er der gratis transport i byen under opholdet. Hotellet er rent og velholdt, personalet er meget flinke! Morgenmaden er ok, dog ikke noget varmt.. Eneste minus er fælles WC på gangen og lidt problemer med parkering. Alt i alt - jeg kan anbefale et ophold på dette hotel!
