"This is an ok hotel. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, but not all. The room was clean and comfortable, but the air-conditioning didn’t seem to work and when you opened the window the road noise was loud. It’s a convenient stop near the motorway and there are lots of places to eat and drink at the nearby shopping centres. You can catch buses into the centre of Bilbao just a short walk away."
