"The staff were very welcoming and the hotel was very nice. The room was clean and all you needed, my only critique was the mini bar fridge was locked - I didn't intend on using products from the mini bar but it would've been nice to keep my water cool in there. Hotel was well looked after and looked like the pictures online, sometimes the hallways were a little messy from people ordering room service but again this is only a minor issue. The breakfast buffet was great, many options and all tasty, the service was also great "

"This hotel stay was perfect for my husband’s birthday trip to Prague. We loved this stay so much, the hotel is immaculate and beautiful with lots of old world touches, and the location is amazing. We had a river view which was spectacular, and the service was excellent and friendly. We will definitely come back!"
