The hotel was incredibly beautiful and the entire staff went above and beyond to be polite and respectful. You can tell they actually care about their job and the guests they serve. The room itself was very nice with a great view of the city. The room has a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom/showers and the hotel itself was very upscale. I will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect during my stay. The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the team did a great job accommodating all my advance requests.
The reception staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the location is very convenient—just a short walk to the congress center. I will definitely stay here again.
The only downside is the weekly room service, which I believe should be clearly highlighted at the time of booking. That said, they do provide fresh towels daily at the reception, which was appreciated.

"The spa and breakfast exceeded the expectations. For the spa would have been nice to receive instructions for use at the beginning (for example, bring the towel from the room and at the end of your spa stay exchange it for a clean one). "Beautiful old place out in the countryside. Quiet, comfortable, nice restaurant. Wifi was a bit spotty, and the breakfast could have had some more variety. No elevator naturally, but there is a stair lift, I guess you call it. I'd stay there again. The locale is great."
