"The hotel is very convenient, located right opposite the Eurostar station. We could drop off our bags and went out to have lunch and sightseeing immediately. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. She upgraded us to executive floor and also check late out until 2pm. It was perfect for us as we could stay in our room until 2pm then walked over to Eurostar station to get on to our train. I would definitely stay there again if I go to Lille for visit."

"Room is clean and tidy Air conditoner is ok, but not so powerful. But, at least you can open window to make the ventilation better Do not use the car park near the hotel, and it is very expensive You can park your car at the street near hotel for free from after 19:00 to another day at 9:00am"

"The hotel Wi-Fi was mostly not working, which delayed getting our room key at check-in - I had already completed the available online check-in process ahead of arrival. A similar issue arose when trying to check out. The Wi-Fi did not work at all in our room and I have to say this is not what I expect. The staff did their best and were helpful and polite when needed in this respect but, like us, were lot down by inadequate systems. I must add that otherwise I found the hotel excellent"
