"We went during March so the weather was not warm yet but booked because I found a great deal and wanted to check out this hotel. Overall the grounds are nice. The bedroom was smaller than expected. Location is great with being right on the beach. Breakfast was typical since it was free. The pool was somewhat heated but not really but overall my kids were able to enjoy."

Have no idea who the manager is, was told my complaint would be added to the pile? I asked for a call, was told that he may call me the next day, as he was currently off. Well, it's been over a month, and no communication has been received. I would really like to get my money refunded and share some of the pictures of the condition of our room. "
