But more important than location, all the staff, from the moment we entered the hotel and received a warm reception at the Front Desk, were helpful, courteous, and did their utmost to ensure we had a pleasant stay. This hotel is first class in every respect, and I warmly recommend it!"

"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from the front desk, particularly Maja W! She kindly upgraded us to a spacious suite with a separate bedroom and living room, which was a lovely surprise. However, we did notice a few areas that needed some attention. The bathroom amenities were a bit lacking, and the glass door of the shower room and shower head needed some repair work. Additionally, the card key sensor in the lift needed sensitivity check, as it took a few attempts to register our card, and we ended up passing our floor. The same happened to other guests taking the same lift. Despite these minor issues, we appreciated the hotel's efforts and Maja's excellent service. "
