"Location is on the river and convenient and attractive. Outside and in public areas the property seemed well maintained, and the property was clean. However, carpet and furnishings in halls and in guest rooms were old, tired, and worn. TV was fair and audio was jumbled. Fridge provided but no microwave in room. HVAC unit cooled the room OK, but it was rather noisy. Breakfast was served in buffet line and was good. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. All that said, the price was not bad and provided a reasonable value for the area, though redecorating and refurbishing is needed to make it "grand" as the name implies. "

"The Concord Quarters was such an interesting place for our stay in Natchez. We appreciated the history of the place and loved looking at the artifacts in the downstairs rooms. The Hosts were kind and thoughtful and made us fee very welcome. The breakfast was delicious. Would have preferred a bit more privacy between the two guest rooms. All in all, would recommend."

" Nice view of river. Good value for Vicksburg. Hotel is old. Hallways smell of lots of carpet fresh. Beds very uncomfortable. Refrigerator didn’t cool. Needs updating badly. Casino was very smoky. Probably won’t stay again. "

She cooked us a fantastic breakfast. In fact , it was a lot of delicious food. We give her a ten star. Loved the experience. "

"Monmouth is our “go-to” place to stay in Natchez. We love the staff, we know them by name and they remember us and greet us like family each time we visit! The property is gorgeous, peaceful, clean, and well kept. We always look forward to our stay and especially to our dinners at 1818 and the breakfast each morning in the garden room. We can’t wait to visit again!"
