"Everything was perfect. Rooms were modern and well appointed. Complimentary drinks. Helpful staff. They even let me upgrade my room without paying change fees. Even if I went looking for something to complain about, I don't know if I would find a single thing to improve. Great location and excellent home base for an American to explore Berlin. They really made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Next time, I won't even shop around - I'll come back to Me and All."

"Consider where your room is located as that makes a difference for noise levels. I was facing the train station, but it was a rackus holiday week end and impossible to sleep through all the ongoing sirens because of international workers day. The hotel itself is an oasis, but the area around it is a bit rough."

"Broken electrical components in my room. Dangerous!!!! No working A/C or heating. Water either too hot scalding or too cold, inconsistent and annoying to take a shower. Never again!"

"Room was great at the rear of the building and was well situated for the Neukolln S-bahn for getting around. Staff were always nice and was able to leave my bags for the day after checking out so I could go to town. "

"Great location right on the river, superb staff, a self-serve snacks and refreshments area in the foyer, clean and very cool, stylish rooms. There is a lovely outdoor area looking right over the Spree River and the Oberbaum bridge. So many cool bars, restaurants and clubs just a short walk away. We will be back."

"This hotel is clean, comfortable and has excellent public transport links to the rest of Berlin. It is also within easy reach of shops, just a short walk away. The kitchen facilities in the room were very helpful in making our trip more affordable as it meant we could make simple meals at the hotel instead of eating out every day."

"Room was clean neat and tidy, although I think the rooms and hotel were a little dated, although not massively. The staff were friendly and check in/out was simple and straightforward. Great location for my self as I was visiting for a concert which at the venue on the other side of the road and it is a very short walk to the subway so you can get around Berlin very easily. Definitely would stay here again when I’m in town."
