"Everything was great!"

"Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east."

"Check in was not welcoming or helpful. Tried to put us in a 3rd floor suite. I paid for a walk out lanai on the beach, on the first floor. Our room was very outdated, not very comfortable. Bathtub jet’s didnt work. Also, bath water was brown/taupe color… Soo disgusting. Some staff at restaurant were not personable, or couldn’t multi task orders. Beach was beautiful and so was the ocean. Food & drinks at restaurants were delicious."

"Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Sapphire Village. While there was an initial minor discrepancy in locating the specific property due to the multiple sites, our designated accommodation proved to be exceptional upon arrival. The premises were impeccably maintained and offered a high degree of comfort. We found the cleaning staff, particularly Euta, to be very accommodating and helpful. The kitchen was comprehensively equipped, and all necessary pool and beach amenities were readily accessible. The on-site restaurant provided standard American breakfast options, though a wider variety was desired. However, their lunch and dinner selections were notably delicious. The pool area offered a pleasant and relaxing environment for children. Our accommodation also afforded us breathtaking views of the adjacent harbor. While communication with the owner was excellent, we noted that the front desk staff could benefit from enhanced customer service training. We would certainly consider returning to Sapphire Village for future stays."

"We were given a very nice condo with a very short walk to the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The restaurant and beach bar being close was also very night. Overall it was well worth the money we paid. "

"During the first full day of our four-night stay, the unit lost power around noon while the island was experiencing outages. We notified the property contact at approximately 1:00 p.m. and were told power would return within 30–60 minutes. By 6:00 p.m., power had not been restored, and we were informed the water would be turned off in an effort to restore power. At approximately 7:30 p.m., we reported that our unit still had no power or water. We were then informed the water supply was connected to a neighbor’s generator, which was no longer available. Without running water, we had to use pool water to flush the toilet. After I sent a picture of the unit below us with power and us without, the property owner indicated the generator was not functioning and that someone would be sent to repair it. Our rental agreement stated the unit had a generator and continuous water access. Power returned around midnight. The next morning, we secured alternate accommodations and left. The property owner issued a partial refund and advised us to contact Hotels.com regarding any additional reimbursement. We feel we were not made whole. "
