"No safe in the room which I found inconvenient. Location of the hotel was in a great area. Rooms could use sound proofing and the showers need some work. It was outdated and not cleaned well. Considering the price, I expected more. "

"Just stayed at the Beverly Wilshire and the biggest standout was the staff. Everyone there is genuinely friendly, helpful, and on top of everything without making it feel forced. You can tell they really care about the experience. From valet to the front desk to housekeeping, every interaction was smooth and easy. Anytime we needed something, it was handled right away and with a great attitude, which made the whole stay feel effortless. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is about as good as it gets — right by Rodeo Drive, so you can walk to pretty much anything. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and exactly what you’d expect from a place like this. But again, the service is what really makes it. It’s the kind of place where you feel taken care of without it being over the top. Would definitely stay here again. "
