Just stayed at the Beverly Wilshire and the biggest standout was the staff. Everyone there is genuinely friendly, helpful, and on top of everything without making it feel forced. You can tell they really care about the experience. From valet to the front desk to housekeeping, every interaction was smooth and easy. Anytime we needed something, it was handled right away and with a great attitude, which made the whole stay feel effortless. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is about as good as it gets — right by Rodeo Drive, so you can walk to pretty much anything. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and exactly what you’d expect from a place like this. But again, the service is what really makes it. It’s the kind of place where you feel taken care of without it being over the top. Would definitely stay here again.

Alex at the front desk during check-in was exceptional. Hugo at guest services… Well, who can’t say anything bad about him? He’s been there forever and he remembers everybody. Overall, the staff is great. A few goof ups here and there, but we’re human and people screw up. It’s not a big deal. And when errors were made, they always made up for them.

We were greeted by a wonderful woman named Vanessa at the Front desk. She offered us Champagne and an upgraded room. (The best checkin experience we have had). The room was fantastic with a Rodeo Dr view and the room stewards went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. Definitely will return to this Hotel.
