We had a great time, and requested staff for bit late check out as our flight was late night. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and come back!
This was maybe one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. The staff was incredible, they upgraded our room, the staff knew who we were in the lobby and the restaurant. Everything was comfortable, clean and wonderful. I would stay there again anytime. Incredible hotel. Thank you!
Fantastic hotel, super friendly staff, 2 great restaurants in the hotel. Ideal location in Beverly Hills. Opposite Rodeo Drive, less than 10 mins drive to the Westfield.
Everything was perfect. The valet staff couldn’t have been more gracious and helpful, and the concierge team was amazing with dinner recommendations and reservations in the neighborhood. Rooms are so comfortable and quiet.
Just stayed at the Beverly Wilshire and the biggest standout was the staff. Everyone there is genuinely friendly, helpful, and on top of everything without making it feel forced. You can tell they really care about the experience.
From valet to the front desk to housekeeping, every interaction was smooth and easy. Anytime we needed something, it was handled right away and with a great attitude, which made the whole stay feel effortless.
The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is about as good as it gets — right by Rodeo Drive, so you can walk to pretty much anything. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and exactly what you’d expect from a place like this.
But again, the service is what really makes it. It’s the kind of place where you feel taken care of without it being over the top.
Would definitely stay here again.
Fantastic location, amazing room, upgraded to a suite which was superb, the food at the bar was delicious and the staff were all super helpful and attentive, could not fault this stay in any way
Alex at the front desk during check-in was exceptional. Hugo at guest services… Well, who can’t say anything bad about him? He’s been there forever and he remembers everybody. Overall, the staff is great. A few goof ups here and there, but we’re human and people screw up. It’s not a big deal. And when errors were made, they always made up for them.
We were greeted by a wonderful woman named Vanessa at the Front desk. She offered us Champagne and an upgraded room. (The best checkin experience we have had).
The room was fantastic with a Rodeo Dr view and the room stewards went out of their way to help us with anything we needed.
Definitely will return to this Hotel.

Staff were nice. Hotel was nice. Room service food was terrible. When paying $1250/night, you would expect good toilet paper, but the toilet paper was the same you see in public toilets.
Everyone from the moment we walked in to the moment we left 3 days later the entire staff at the hotel were amazing, the food amazing, the room amazing, the second time we stopped here and again this place just gets better and better.
