"Excellent hotel/pub, clean modern rooms and quiet. Our room was actually nicer in real life than in the pictures. Would definitely stay again when in the area. The pub downstairs is also great "
"I was very impressed by the facilities in the apartment, it was very thoroughly equipped and clean. I would definitely recommend and will stay again when work requires it."
"The wifi was pretty bad, and i think the power went out during the night because of the storm, but the staff were amazing, the room was clean and comfortable and as a solo traveller i felt super safe 👌"
"really stunning beautiful place , your in your own little world there and the clean and care put into the rooms is spectacular! However the area is a bit of a letdown just due to people throwing fireworks and the level of noise but that can’t be helped by the owner and it’s not a reflection on them at all it’s just a shame as it’s such a lovely place to say in itself. "We stayed in the Botham room which was setup for a family of 4. Large king bed and sofa bed. The room was HUGE and bigger than we expected. Lovely spacious bathroom with tub and powerful rainfall shower. Everything was delightful about the room.
Breakfast was a really fab full English breakfast, good coffee options and fruits/yogurts/ continental bakery pieces too. No complaints. We also ate in the bar restaurant on our arrival night and they had good options for both kids and adults.
Beautiful grounds but looks a bit tired in places. As we were just staying one night it wasn’t a big deal, as it was a very quick stay.
The only bummer was there was a wedding happening right outside our window. To be fair, it didn’t run super late, but as we were traveling with younger children who go to bed early, it was VERY loud both inside the entryway (our room was directly at the top of the stairs to entry way) and outside the tent played very loud music til around 9.30p maybe. Like I said, not super late for adults but worth keeping in mind for young kids. I would have appreciated a heads up that a wedding was happening, or perhaps the chance to move to a room further away.
Overall, a great stay for reasonable price for a family of 4 - i would recommend and stay again "
"Great base for our night out at Wembley stadium. Staff were super friendly and some great little touches like the warm cookies for us all and the bottled water. Would definitely use this hotel again."
"Considering that this is a well known chain of hotels, i would consider this one to be average.
The reception staff need to listen to the customer and repeat back what they understand. As my account was a mix up with another room that i was also paying for so NO CHARGES should have gone on that room, and i asked to be able to charge to my room, which again was NOT initially set up.
The bedroom windows didnt open the "air con" just moved the air around well a desk fan could have done that.
The breakfast food was warm at best, the toast and coffee was the hottest items available.
The evening meals however where GREAT really nice and well worth the money.
Just all in all sadly average."
"Nice food but the staff seemed rather unprepared. They put all my food on another room and when I pointed out it was missing they didn’t even say thank you. They had already told me there was nothing to pay and good bye.. "

"Came to Watford for the Harry Potter Studio Tour and this hotel was close to the train station and the free buses that take you to the Studios. It was a nice clean hotel with decent free breakfast. "
"The hotel was perfect for our needs. One night stay over for an event at Wembley.
The hotel is lovely albeit a little tired. Probably needs a refresh but based on price and the area I would definitely book again.
The staff were the stand out for us. Reception were so welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was super tasty too. Thanks for a lovely stay."
