"Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was very clean, bed extremely comfortable. What stood out most was the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. Particularly friendly and efficient was Karen in the restaurant. She was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We went to breakfast and 2 of our party had special dietary requirements. Karen went out of her way to answer any questions we had and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely return."

"Great stay staff are so nice special mention for Sandra on reception my phone was messed up due to my lack I t skills she spend 40 mins helping me out obviously sorting her customers out perfectly at the same time my I t department praised me having great skills to sort out the problems not knowing it was her. "The service at the front desk was amazing by the lady who gave us our room cards and the food was lovely. It was my boyfriend’s birthday and it felt extra special due to the care and extras that were given as a gift. The room was lovely and it was perfect. Would definitely come again.
