We are sorry to hear about your experience. We did check our listing and no where is "balcony" mentioned in the room details. Our rooms are either River View or Standard (No View). River View rooms may or may not have a balcony. Images available, are of both categories of rooms. It's unfortunate that you chose not to check-in because of this. It is not possible for us to shift/ change room allotments, but we were able to do it at the last moment for you. We would have loved for you to experience our services and then rated us.
