I was in Biarritz for just one night and this was an awesome place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for what I needed, a comfortable bed, very clean, and amazing location. I easily walked to town and to all the beaches from this location. I would definitely stay here again! We had a great stay. I was able to call up a ahead to ask about parking and they reserved a space for me in the private car park. The staff was very nice, advised on what we should do with our day in Biarritz, and allowed us to check in an hour early as our room was ready. The room was very comfortable and the aircon worked well. We will definitely comme back.

My partner and I stayed a week for a last minute holiday in Biarritz. We did not rent a car, and this hotel is very central. It was an enjoyable experience walking everywhere and we were able to walk back to the hotel throughout the day due to proximity to the main beaches and restaurants. I appreciated having an always-staffed front desk, a balcony, and quiet accommodation to relax. Thank you :)

Apartment had no views/balcony or even the ability to have the window wide open (ground floor), entirely negating the benefit of having its own kitchen, because the darkness of it made you want to go out and eat every meal. The main double bed was lovely but the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Not much better than simply sleeping on the floor. The following night we booked ab Airbnb property that was similar in every way but only a third of the price. In fact it was considerably better because it had a balcony with chairs and tables on.
