"They advertise a business center, they do not have one. There is only 1 vending machine at the hotel, AND IT WAS OUT OF ORDER. My room did not lock, was shown to hotel employee, they were not concerned. Staff was very rude"

They did have us around other groups, and next time, if we stay there will ask to be in a quieter part of the hotel."
