The free airport shuttle was a nice benefit, but make sure to get accurate directions if you are attempting to take the shuttle from the airport to the hotel as details found online proved to be inaccurate. Grocery store located within easy walking distance. The favorite part of my stay was Bella the cat robot server in the restaurant: a fun novelty for weary travelers."

"I liked the cleanliness of hotel and the free shuttle service which runs every 30 minutes, and the last one at 22:45pm. You have to be waiting downstairs, terminal 1, Hall B, arrival area, next to number 6. The bus is blue and white and has number 1 on it. The one thing I didn't like about hotel that the door had to be slammed really hard to shut and no one warned me that the room key has to be inserted and left in the box to activate the lights in the room. I had to figure it out myself. Hotel staff could not warn American tourists at check in? We don't have this system in USA. And front desk staff is not very friendly when approached, I had a feeling that I bother them with questions. "
