Refreshing and comfortable.

We were overwhelmed by the friendliness and professionalism of Mirabelle at the front desk. Hotel was spacious, modern, clean and comfy. The breakfast was amazing. Perfect location for those needing the airport. Shuttle available (at extra cost). Great swimming pool (available at extra cost). We also opted for late check out which was super helpful (also at an extra cost).

Nice, we love the fact that pullout couch was in a separate room from the bedroom. Only challenge was that there was no standard shuttle service from the Frankfurt airport, so we had to take an Uber.

The hotel is well equipped and not too far from the airport. We only stayed one night while in transit from Greece to Vancouver. The hotel was extremely busy and understaffed. The staff working did their utmost to serve everyone as quickly as they could but they were very clearly under a ton of pressure and should have had at least 3-4 more staff working in the restaurant/bar area. I felt bad for the one server and her manager who were operating at 150%. Not their fault and I have no idea why there were so under staffed.

This place is very nice. Very clean and newer looking Hotel. They are located about a 15/20 min walk to nearest Metro (Kelsterbach) which was a really nice walk and then it was easy enough once we figured out the metro system to get around Frankfurt. Area felt safe. Breakfast was fantastic. The only negative is that you have to pay 6 euro to use pool which it didn’t state in the booking site(we were usually gone all day and didn’t want to pay to use pool for an hour) Also, the shuttle to the hotel is free but you have to pay to take shuttle to the airport although they didn’t charge us which was nice. I would definitely come stay here again.

I should have booked the room through Trivago as I would have gotten it for $68 per night as opposed to $166 per night. The only water available to drink on the property was 1 bottle of sparkling water for 2 people for 3 days. We bought the breakfast, it was not very good. We tried to take 2 bottles of sparkling water to our room and were immediately stopped and told we weren’t allowed to take it to our room and reminded of how they had 1 bottle of room temperature sparkling water for 2 people 3 days they had so generously given us. There is no regular bottled water available on the property, no fountain only tap water. Our fridge did not work and we were told that a working fridge was not included. No fan in the bathroom. We paid extra to swim in the pool but it was way too cold. We grabbed 2 coffees (they only filled a half cup) and were stopped by the staff and told we needed to pay for it. There are no coffee machines in the room Food was not available and no restaurants in the area were serving food so we had to do their “à la carte” service which consisted of $3.50 for a small bag of chips we were also charged for transport back to the airport. There are no ice machines on the premises so we had to go to the bar to ask for a tiny small cup of ice. I would never stay there again.
