"The staff are friendly and helpful"

"There is parking for cars Very clean and beautiful home! Amenities were all there! There are also shampoo, soap and conditioner provided! Awesome stay we had!"

"Exceptionally clean, even by Japanese standards it exceeded high end hotels for cleanliness. Very nice staff, comfortable beds."

"good(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)👍"

"Incredibly friendly host and a beautiful home. Could not ask for more for our Biei getaway."

"비에이 가족여행 120% 추천 만족합니다. 내부 분위기도 좋고,특히 방분리로 최상의 숙면환경"

"Spider webs were seen in many corners of the house. The level 1 air conditioner was not working so on sunny summer days it’s hot at level 1 and not possible to sleep in the level 1 bedroom. There are also stairs to climb from the front porch of the house to level 2, so luggage movement is an issue. There are no toilets at level 2."

"The onsen is good. Just a bit expensive when the hotel isn’t as new as before. Breakfast has a lot of selection too."

"Friendly service and good hot natural onsen with nice, great assortment of dishes for dinner and breakfast buffet. The room is nice clean and bed is comfortable. very fast wifi. Everything went well and exceeded expectations"

"愛犬と楽しく過ごすことができ、非常に満足でした。周りの景色、環境も最高でした！ドッグランも楽しんでくれました♪是非また伺いたいです！"
