My wife and I visited the Hideaway cabin for our anniversary and we absolutely loved it. Everything about it was unique and special. The cabinet itself was perfect with a full kitchen dining room and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room . Communication with the staff and our overall stay while we’re there was excellent. They were Always ready and willing to offer advice and suggestions. we will definitely be staying there again.

The location was great, right in the middle of everything. All the places that we wanted to go were within 5-10 minutes. The staff was very helpful and prompt to questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property! Nice place to get away from the city life. Owner was very helpful when we had questions or concerns. He had very modern appliances. Also everything that we needed. Best part was the old games we used to play to get away from technology. Highly recommended.

Perfect Big Bear cabin! Clean, cozy, and in a beautiful peaceful location. Everything was comfortable and well cared for, making it easy to relax and enjoy the mountains. The pet-friendly space was a huge bonus and made the trip even better. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend!

This cabin was a pure delight to stay in! We had just driven in from Las Vegas so it was lovely to have a place so quiet and well equipped so we could relax and cook our own food! It was extremely comfortable and quiet, a real Home away from Home! We loved it and would definitely return hopefully for a longer period next time! 😊

This was perfect for us--we were looking for something with the vibes of a cabin, but with the upkeep and amenities of a luxury hotel. The staff were incredibly communicative at all hours. The location is terrific. The kitchen was the best appointed kitchen we've ever had, with plenty of cookware, deluxe appliances (including a gas cooktop and oven!), and all the utensils we could possibly need. We overpacked basics because we thought we might need them--things like cooking oil, dinner napkins, a sponge to do dishes... none of that even got unpacked. We're aiming to come back in the future.

My family and I had a great time there. It is clean, the kitchen had more than enough cooking utensils, the appliances were in good working order, and it was incredibly cozy. We had three adults, two teenagers, and a dog, and yet it felt incredibly spacious. We left an hour before it started snowing, so we’re hoping to redo this trip next winter. At least we know where we’ll be staying. :)

It was the perfect little cabin for our family of 4 (sleeps 6 though) and dog. Clean and cozy. The A-frame makes it feel special—large upstars room with TV, wood buring fireplace, side yard for the dog. It is right off the main drag and so close to the Village for shopping and eating. We will be back! Highly recommend!
A special treat to be there for the first snow of the season.

Our time at the Hideaway was an absolute joy! The cabin looked beautiful and was tucked away in the trees. The house was very well maintained and the kitchen was equipped with anything you would need. They even had a ton of games for family fun! The location was so convenient and walkable to the Big Bear Village. We would come back to stay again our next time in Big Bear!

We loved out stay! Our cabin had everything we needed, and space to chill. When it got a touch warm, our hosts were quick to bring us a fan. The property is super cute with a modern vibe and a perfect kitchen. Our kids loved the queen bunk beds and the games in the cabin made for great memories. We’ll be back!
