Such pleasant & friendly staff. With advice I drove to a lovely nearby state park. Spotlessly clean room.pool. and a nice breakfast. I'll be back!

We arrives late and the person at the front desk was super friendly and kind. The hotel is very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Room was nice, clean, and comfy. Downside was the water heater was out and we could hear the manager argueing with the water depo guy. Pool was also closed for maintenance so kiddos were disappointed.

The check-in was so easy the staff was great very accommodating. My husband has disabilities, and they gave us a room close to the elevator without having to ask. I was a little disappointed that the pool and hot tub weren’t working, but everything else was very nice

Check in with Angie was almostvthe highlight.Woman next am at checkoutvwas also very nice. Room Was great. We had not stayed at LaQuinta in many years so gave it a shot. Grounds were too West texas nasty.There is no reason they do not have a landscaper.not expecting Phoenix grass and fountains but come on. Weeds !!!..get some nice rock all around or artificial grass.smoking and dog areas were really the worst we have ever seen at a hotel. The very very dangerous situations were at the Breakfast buffet. Luke warm sausage and eggs..really. 7:15 am the stuff was cold ! A swing and a miss.

The staff was very friendly. The moment we walked into the hotel, it had a strange odor like it was not clean. I noticed right away the furniture in the front desk check-in area was very filthy. It appeared it hadn't been cleaned in years. The room was ok. It had some wear and tear to the walls but it was not a deal breaker. The lounge area is the 1st thing most guest sees and the filthy sofas/chairs was not pleasant to look at.

I thought the hotel was brand new when I looked it up online by what I saw. However, it was being remodeled. While there staying on the 3rd floor, the roof sprung a leak and was leaking in several places right outside my door. I needed to take a shower, and the maintenance man said it would only be 30 minutes, but I waited over two hours and then had to go. I came back a few hours later and thankfully, it was fixed. The good thing about my stay was when I got up the next morning, I woke up at 9;30 at the same time breakfast finished. I got up, got ready and prepared to check out at 10;15. I asked the receptionist if I could possibly have a couple of yogurts since I overslept. She said sure, I will unlock it. Then the cook offered me some left over biscuits, eggs, and sausage and even unlocked the juice machine for me.. They made me feel cared for after the disaster from the morning before.

The staff went above and beyond!! Scott was super sweet and they were very accommodating to me being late. The room was pretty great too, good space for me and my dogs!

Clean hotel. Only icemaker I could find was on 1st floor; not convenient if you're on an upper floor. TV service speed working and has to be rebooted every day. Breakfast was adequate. Highway noise was a bit bothersome Friendly staff.

Great layover spot for family roadtrip!

Very clean. Bkfst -included pretty good biscuits n Gravy. Nice bed. Little bit of road noise in 4th floor room. Nice pool with waterfall to massage shoulders

My stay was great, quiet, and the room was very clean. The only mild issue was the TV: I couldn’t access the channels. I suspect someone may have disconnected the cable service to use another device, such as a gaming system.

The staff were welcoming and supportive to report some things that did not operate as they should. (TV would periodically lose signal, phone did not work, bathroom door trim was coming off) breakfast was good and was available til later in the morning (past 9a).

Easy access. Unfortunately due to the inclement weather we were without water for approximately 36 hours. Seems as if there should be some refund available as we were unable to shower or adequately use the toilet facilities.
