Red Roof Inn, Big Talbot Island State Park hotels

"The staff was incredibly nice! I made the reservation via Hotels.com, which said the hotel was pet friendly. When I arrived and said I had a pet, they said the policy is dogs less than 25 pounds. Well, my dog is three times that! This was not mentioned online when I made the reservation. But the staff allowed is to stay and we were very well behaved. (Much better than the 10-pound dog down the hall which barked a lot!) The bed was super comfy! I’d love to know what bedding/mattress the hotel uses. Very nice! The shower was a bit touchy. Not much temperature range. "

"Plenty of restaurants nearby serving delicious food! Hotel food at the outdoor tiki hut was equally as good. Beds and pillows were comfortable and sheets were clean."
