"The Deluxe Bungalow was absolutely perfect for our needs and everything within it worked flawlessly. Sarah kept the bungalow spotlessly clean throughout our entire stay. Incredible Staff Service The staff were all nothing short of amazing. When we unexpectedly became ill during our visit, one of the incredible team members came directly to the bungalow, took our shopping list, and went to the supermarket for us. This act of kindness speaks volumes. I sincerely wish I could recall his name—that's what I mean when I say the staff at this hotel are truly exceptional! They treated every guest with the same level of outstanding care and consideration. A Perfect Getaway We will definitely be returning next year and planning a longer stay. My birthday trip was simply amazing. One final, but important, note: the air conditioning in the bedroom bungalow was perfect and, even better, was included in the price. "This hotel was absolutely phenomenal..very clean.. housekeepers clean room every other day .when the current would go out within 1 minute the back up generator kicked in..I told our house keeper that I was getting married and she surprised us by decorating the room with beautiful wedding decorations and she took videos and she surprised us after we got home from our wedding the management was wonderful my flight was cancelled to the following night and the manager allowed us another night in the same room gave me a reasonable rate and a free late check out .I saw so many beautiful monkeys on the property I didn't have to pay to go to the monkey park because the monkeys would visit the property you can do your currency exchange near by restaurant was on site with good prices the food was excellent on the property and other surrounding areas the workers always all day working on yardwork and repairs .no noise perfect stay it took months of looking for a hotel air b and b..I made a good choice the electricity and wifi was free.. I'm about to rebook for my next visit..I highly recommend this hotel..."
