"DO NOT BOOK!!! We got to town around 3pm and the hotel was closed and there was no response (check-in began at 12:30 according to the listing and there were suppose to be staff until 11pm). Called all 3 numbers listed on the door and the calls "could not be completed." Checked my email and the hotels.com listing to make sure I had not missed any messages but there were no messages. Ended up booking another hotel last minute."

"Lory and Max are warm and wonderful hosts. They helped us to book a dinner with a lovely view our arrival night; they drove us to and from the train station to avoid having to find parking on our Cinque Terra day trip; and they loaded us up with extra homemade goodies and water for our travel.
