Very limited items of warm food. I saw a couple of flies land on bakery/bread trays while staff were in the room not noticing or doing anything about it.

Helpful staff, great breakfast, very clean, comfortable beds and rooms. The bathrooms were modern but a little cramped. I really enjoyed my stay in Cinque Terre and if I return I would certainly stay here!

Hotel was very nice, clean and accommodating. The service was excellent. The breakfast was delicious and offered various choices. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone going to visit Cinque Terre.

This is a great hotel right by the centre of Levanto and no more than an 8 minute walk to the train station - walkable even with luggage. .Rooms are modern and cleaned daily. They have a small balcony with table and chairs. Mattresses are on the firm side (my preference so all good for me). The breakfast is great. The staff are amazing - on my last day there was a terrible storm with torrential rain - as there is only one taxi who was booked I was going to have to walk to the train station until Morganna from the hotel drove me to the station - she was so kind and she saved me from being a miserable, wet mess going for my flight!! That’s service. The location to explore the Cinque Terra, Portofino and more is perfect. I’d happily stay here again.

Great location

This hotel is in a great location. One can walk everywhere. Walk from train is doable, but a little hilly. Hotel itself is quite nice. Our room was one of the smallest we’ve ever stayed in. We didn’t have anywhere to put our clothes. The breakfast was fine.

Bra hotell med närhet till det mesta

Bra läge, nära till tågstation och centrum. Mysig by med bra utbud av både restauranger och affärer. Hotellet ser ganska slitet ut exteriört, men invändigt är det i bra skick men med lite hårda sängar. Receptionisten var väldigt hjälpsam och gav värdefulla råd till vår resa. Frukosten var okej men finns mer att önska.

Fortement conseillé

Très bon hôtel. Bien situé car proche de presque tout. Le personnel est très sympathique et dévoué. Ils ne rechignent pas à bien tout expliquer. Le plus c'est qu'à l'accueil ils parlent plusieurs langues. Tout ce petit monde est très souriant et poli. La chambre est un peu petite, surtout la douche. Il y a une terrasse très agréable. On nous prête des serviettes pour la plage et aussi des vélos. Le parking se fait à l'extérieur sur des places réservées aux non résidents pour la somme de 10 euros pour le séjour. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.
