"Decent apartments but poorly managed and few amenities. We reached the property address as per the booking but were told to go to a different location. Cutlery was limited and old. No dishwashing soap or a sponge, no kitchen towels or paper. There is no cafeteria or breakfast facility, not even tea bags or basic condiments in the room. "
