"You have to accept that you will hear the traffic from the rooms at least on the 9th floor. It's a busy hotel. Clearly popular hotel. So be prepared to wait when you order anything. It's a beautiful hotel. But it's not quiet. Yes they could do some of the smaller things better. But you will enjoy your stay. Plentiful breakfast with a very varied selection from around the world.
