Clean. Quiet. Sink outside of toilet/shower, which is handy. Excellent variety at breakfast. Has a pool and hot tub, though we did not try them out. $10 more than the nearby Super 8 or Econolodge. But worth it. Would stay again.

Yes we have a Best Western Kelly Inn just one mile away from our stand alone Kelly Inn. It was really windy the past couple of days in MT. Thank you for staying

I have two dogs i requested a ground floor room and was informed it was an upcharge .. ground floor rooms should be for people who have pets.. it only makes sense. Then I go to my room and the refrigerator was full of last customers food! I had NO Regular Coffee. Just 3 decaf. On top of that I went to take my dogs outside and when I came back to come Inside both of my keys would NOT work!! Over all I was disappointed. If I wanted to to back down to the front desk for the 4th time I would have ask for a discount for my room charge

Our first floor rooms are very poplar since they have a outside and inside entrance and the floors are hard surface. They are seperated out from the other rooms and are a little more expensive than our other room types so that you can reserve these at anytime. I apologize that there was food left in the fridge, I will share this with housekeeping. Also, I am happy to announce that we will be installing a new room key system for the property this summer.

Evidently very busy this night. Had to have a 3rd floor room way away from the main food and pool area. Booked because I wanted to use their advertised hot tub from a long day of travel. The hot tub was broken and unusable, so no hot tub experience. The person doing the food at breakfast could not keep up and have everything filled. Ran out of most everything. Had to wait way too long for refill. Ran out of Juice too. Desk staff were friendly, understanding and I appreciated them. Room was adequate and clean. Nothing special.

thank you for sharing your comments, we were pretty busy the night you stayed. Our staff got hit with a wave of people during breakfast so it did take a few minuites to recover and get caught back up, I am sorry that we did not have many breakfast options when you came down.

Our room had both an internal door to the hallway AND an outside door to the parking lot. Our car was parked literally 10 feet from the outside door.

our first floor rooms all have a outside entrance to the guest room and a inside entrance to , We have a lot of guest that really like the ability to pull their vehicle up to the guest room door

After staying in 10 different hotels in 10 different states, the Kelly Inn was by far the best one we stayed in. They had excellent value for the cost, and everything was perfect. We especially appreciated the delicious breakfast and friendly staff in the morning. Thank you very much!

We had a great stay here! Check in staff was helpful and welcoming as well as accommodating. Rooms were very nice! The breakfast in the morning was also great! The only disappointing thing was that the hot tub was not working and nothing was mentioned at check in. We would stay here again!

A few issues with the room. Paid extra for the King suite but other than being a larger room there was nothing special about this room. It is not worth the extra money. There were also bus loads of teenagers in the hotel running and yelling in the hallway until midnight. Not a good stay.

There was a state wide high school event in town during the time of your stay, I apoligize as i know these types of groups can be a little noisy

I was bummed to hear the exercise room was out of order when checking in, but I get it...renovations! No issues with hotel stay and kids loved the pool area!

The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. We were only stopping through. The room was spacious and very clean. The only complaint was the teenagers in the adjacent room were quite loud and, at first, enjoyed knocking on the adjoining door to prompt my service dog to respond. And we could hear everything they were saying/doing as they were boisterous. However, they were just being teens and eventually calmed down and returned to focusing on themselves. I think this was certainly a nice place and had we the chance , we would have stayed longer to explore Billings. Thanks!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room we were in had been remodeled and had tiled flooring for our dog, which was great! Our beds were rock hard (queen beds) while our friends king was perfect. The area outside didn't feel very safe as quite a few homeless with some areas in the trees having clothes where people had sheltered. Not a reflection on the hotel, though as they can't necessarily control that. Also great they have grass for the pups but it appears most dog owners aren't picking up the mess. Again, this isnt the hotels fault but a heads up to watch for land mines.
