"Well-apointed room with a comfortable bed. Attentive staff. Great selection of food for breakfast. In close proximity to the Plitvice Lakes park (closer to Entrance 2). Really enjoyed our stay, and we'll definitely book it again when we return to the area."

"Villa Stone was amazing. Our host Mata was very accommodating and very personable. We let him know we were interested in dinner at the location and we set a time. Villa Stone has a lovely outdoor area where our host started his wood fire grill and we had the most amazing food , wine and conversation. Very relaxing. We enjoyed the double room with balcony. The room along with bathroom were very spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable It was the decor and little touches that made you feel comfy and at home. If we come back this way it won’t be for Plitfice Lakes it will be stay at Villa Stone again. "

"This was a unique property in the "woods." Beautiful "campus." We were impressed by its cleanliness and service. I would definitely stay there again. However, be mindful of the season of your travel. We went in mid-Oct and it was cold (we're Californians) but were unable to use the heater since the cold season hadn't started. "
