"Ficamos na suite principal. Linda, limpa, bem aconchegante. Os funcionários senti uma falta de padronização absurda. Alguns muitos bons, e outros não.. deixavam a desejar. Mas o que mais me indignou foi o estado da piscina natural. Fica mais isolada, na parte de cima do hotel e, embora tenha uma estrutura la (um vasto bar, cadeiras, mesas, quadra de tenis, etc) estava completamente abandonada. "O quarto tinha travaesseiros muito altos e desconfortáveis. O ventilador de teto fazia um barulho absurdo e o hotel cobrou, inicialmente, R$ 200,00 para a troca do quarto. Após a negativa do pagamento eles conseguiram um ventilador de pé. O café da manhã é ótimo e o espaço lindo, mas só fomos para dormir e a experiência do quarto não foi agradável."

Rooms with fireplace, jacuzzi, varanda facing the forests, and mountain views all-around. Great restaurant and staff, who will do whatever it takes to make you feel welcome."
