Estadia decepcionante. Limpeza do quarto ao chegar deixou a desejar. Marcas de mofo no banheiro e reparos no assento sanitário com silicone com marcas de mofo e cheiro de fossa retornando no banheiro. Pressão do chuveiro muito ruim, quase não saia água. Café da manhã com poucas opções. Não tinha cortinas blackout no quarto, e as paredes são tão finas que se ouvia tudo do quarto ao lado. Não havia ferro de passar disponível, havendo somente serviço pago. Enfim, decepcionante e com certeza não retornarei neste hotel.

No geral nós gostamos, só senti falta do álcool nas aeras comuns, incluzive no cafe da manhã! Nao é pq nao estamos em pandemia não precisamos do álcool para higienizar as mãos! E sobre a localização, esta escrito no site 3 min do museo, é impossível chegar no museo em 3min!

A estadia foi excelente, quarto bonito, moderno e aconchegante. Ótimo atendimento por todos os funcionários, o café da manhã além de estar incrível, possui uma vista linda. E ainda tem um espaço comum no último andar com uma vista linda. Amei a estadia, voltarei mais vezes. Ah, e pelo hotel estar com todos os quartos ocupados, tinha manobrista, o que eu achei mais atencioso ainda da parte do hotel. Nota 1000.
