Ambiente e decoração típicos da serra, localizado numa propriedade enorme e vista linda das montanhas e natureza. Localizado a 10 kms da União Indústria mas o restaurante Quinta do Imperador (do hotel) é ótimo, além do restaurante 2 Vales, perto da pousada para quem está de carro. Ambiente mais para casais mas tem um parquinho para crianças na propriedade. Já me hospedei varias vezes, adoro!

Hotel maravilhoso! O quarto muito confortável, café da manhã muito gostoso e todos os funcionários bem solícitos e educados. Jantamos a noite no restaurante do próprio hotel. A comida estava muito gostosa, porém achei caro para o que nos foi oferecido, mas esse foi o preço do nosso conforto para não ter que ir para a cidade comer, pois até Itaipava dava uns 20 minutos de carro.

Nossa experiência no quinta da Paz foi maravilhosa. O local é tranquilo, agradável, bonito, bem cuidado. O café da manhã foi maravilhoso, tudo bem cuidado, com excelente apresentação e acima de tudo delicioso! Almoço e jantar impecáveis e uma carta de vinhos maravilhosa. O que dizer do atendimento: nota 10 para todos, desde o motorista do carrinho elétrico até a recepção, todos, sem exceção são de muita gentileza e educação. Recomendamos e voltaremos a este Resort.
