It’s pretty location who enjoys the mountains. The castle is beautiful but the rooms needs to upgrade specially the bathrooms.

Hiding Gem Hotel in Brazil , Beautiful Historical Hotel with well trained staff. Specially thanks for property manager Roberta who gave us superb hospitality experience, Each suit has own design. We feel alike staying in between amazing nature and historical castle. Also thanks for Juliana being such friendly and super nice. O espaço com a história intrínseca esse é lindo mas fiquei insatisfeita com o colchão que afundou, com a banheira que era desconfortável e fraca. Mas o que fiquei mais decepcionada foi com o convite que foi feito para um clube vip que a pessoa que me convidou estava no local onde marcou e quando fui encaminhada pela recepção para o local onde aconteceria uma apresentação, ao chegar falaram que eu teria que esperar uns 30 minutos. Avisei que iria embora 12h e então escolhi o horário das 10:30. Acabei perdendo minha manhã pois me programei para o encontro. Achei uma forma muito desrespeitosa de tratar um hóspede. Isso denigre a imagem do estabelecimento.

Otima estadia

Sempre uma otima estadia . O Castelo e muito bonito , assim como sua estrutura . Possui sauna , piscina e hidro. Um otimo cafe da manha . Tambem o hospede pode usar os outros dois hoteis , Bomtempo I e II , alem do parque anexo ao Castelo.

Hotel na média. Arquitetura interessante. Um pouco distante do centro comercial de Petrópolis. Quarto pequeno e pouco iluminado. O ar gelou bem, a tv com boas opções de canais e o chuveiro tudo ok. Café da manhã super básico para a fama do hotel. No checkout tentaram aplicar uma taxa de quase 80,00 que eu nem do que era... não paguei.

Foi extremamente agradável do check-in ao Check-out. O castelo é lindo, com uma área verde maravilhosa e embora tenha muitas peças antigas, em nenhum momento sentimos cheiro algum, pois tudo está impecavelmente limpo. A experiência superou as nossas expectativas.
