"This was my third stay here, and overall I had another very good experience. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone commuting to Cambridge, with the train station literally right on the doorstep. I did have a couple of issues with the room: the A/C wasn't working and the shower drain was partially blocked. I had actually reported the problem two weeks earlier when I stayed in the same room, so it was disappointing to find they still hadn't been fixed. That said, my concerns were handled well once I raised them - I was offered a different room, which was much nicer, and I really appreciated how accommodating they were. All in all, a great stay and a perfect option for anyone who needs an easy commute to Cambridge."

"The staff were amazing. We were desperate for a hotel with parking facilities, as weโd been let down by the Holiday Inn Express. The lady on the desk, reassured us, and got us checked in straight away. It turned our day around. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good value and catered for us as vegans. Weโve stayed here in the past and after this visit, weโll never stay anywhere else in Stevenage."
