From the moment I walked through the doors, I was welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service that continued throughout my entire stay. The hotel's location is perfect, sitting right on the waterfront with stunning views of the city. The modern and stylish decor creates a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. My room was impeccably clean and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for, including a comfortable bed that made it hard to get up in the morning! One of the highlights of my stay was the complimentary breakfast. The selection was impressive, featuring local delicacies, fresh fruits, and a variety of options to suit any diet. It was the perfect way to start each day before exploring the beautiful city of Stockholm. The hotel's staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, from providing recommendations for local attractions to swiftly accommodating any requests. Their genuine hospitality truly stands out and made my stay even more enjoyable. I also loved the on-site restaurant and bar, which served delicious dishes and innovative cocktails. "Beautifully decorated hotel, quiet and safe. Walking distance to everything. The only issue we had was one of the single adjustable beds did not work. The room was an upgrade for my VIP status. We notified the front desk of the problem and were told they were aware and they can send someone the next day to check on it. Wouldn’t work for us on our one overnight layover. Overall, we would stay again! "

"The single room is small, and the overall hotel is simple. Yet it is also extremely practical. I believe the value for what you pay is unmatched. I have never stayed in a hotel where they thought of everything - nice lobby to check emails, friendly staff, affordable snacks accessible 24/7, laundry on site with detergent included, comfortable beds, lock boxes if you have a later flight so you can leave luggage at the hotel, plenty of food options just outside the hotel, walking distance to the subway, even a kids playground nearby. I will for sure come back. "

"We booked an inexpensive room and it was definitely small. Having said that, breakfast was very good. The hotel is next door to the Arlanda Express train station, and very close to Stockholm Central, Stockholm City, and metro stations. It is roughly a 10 minute walk to the old city, with lots of dining options nearby. I would stay here again."

"Location is great! Very nice and spacious room, with a beautiful view overlooking the park. Front desk staff super helpful in offering an early check in which was much appreciated. Bathroom small but fine. Bed comfortable, except for annoyingly soft and flat pillows. Breakfast was good, but very crowded, especially on weekdays. Overall very nice stay, and would return, just didn’t like how busy it always was in the lobby area. "
