Apartment was spacious, but very shabby. It needs to be re-painted! Rooms were comfortable It is a convenient distance from the coach station and the shopping area, but the area is very rough, and didn't always feel safe. It was also very noisy outside at night - lots of people yelling in the streets just outside of the building. Rooms were comfortable

Lovely stay near to the Bullring shopping centre and only 8-10 minutes from Birmingham new street station. Very friendly and helpful staff and efficient check in. The room (a twin studio) was great. Well equipped kitchen area, lovely bathroom with walk in shower, comfy beds and all spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely stay at the Aparthotel: Was very suprised at how affordable our 2 night stay was. Booked twin room, a lot larger than in the photos. Very helpful welcoming staff. Perfect location in the town centre, Bull Ring shopping centre, restaurants, bars across the road. The room was spotless, comfortable bed, lovely hot shower. Small kitchenette with hob, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, all cooking utensils needed to prepare meals, coffee maker, kettle. Parking £5 per day when validated by the staff. Would definitely stay again.😊

Apartment was as described, same as pictures, a little on the small side but lovely all the same. Staff were very friendly even offering us a top floor apartment as we were travelling with a child and it was the quietest room. Over all very clean building.
