Nice hotel at a good price

Nice hotel clean and comfy , very helpful friendly staff . Great location , bust stop right outside and only a few minutes into the city centre. Secure free parking was a bonus !

Budget value hotel, conveniently located.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel whilst visiting our son at Uni. It is conveniently located, good value for money so don't expect luxury unless you're prepared to pay for it. It does what is says on the tin, nothing more, other than their breakfast is very good for the price.

Love this hotel

Staff were absolutely excellent - welcoming professional and friendly. The hotel was modern and clean throughout. The only improvement I can think of, would be to introduce a more continental selection for breakfast, for example some cold meats cheeses and salad items such as tomatoes peppers and olives. Great car park facilities. Highly recommend

Claire served us behind the bar when wecwere waiting for check-in she was amazing, giving a lot of local knowledge and indeed asked us the next morning how we got on. Great customer service. We had a cosy room and it was just that, small but had everything we needed. Parking was great undercover and secured - a definite reason to come and stay here again

This was a great place to stay! The only issue was the room was too warm . The heating couldnt be turned down. Apart from that it was excellent. Fully recommended will stay there again.

Helpful

The lady on the restaurant desk was particularly helpful when I told her my husband unwell and could we order food for the room. Room was clean, beds comfortable and linen good quality. However the pie slice shape of the room made it small.

The staff and service were great. My only gripe is that to get an accessible bathroom I had to have the executive double. Why are these not available in a standard double? Everything else was great.

Very nice stay spoilt by the rudeness and agressive attitude of the chef ? at breakfast and dismissive attitude of the on diuty breakfast manager. For this reason I would not stay again.

Great room but no sleep with banging outside

Was a nice hotel, great room 706 was a massive room. Needed glasses the tv was so far away, bed was massive also. Heating didn’t work, had a portable heater which did nothing. Also banging all night long outside, so not much sleep, lots pubs and casino nearby

Staff friendly especially Malik on reception! Room i stayed in though was too small and hot, even though I asked for a fan from reception the room was still hot with the fan on, i wouldnt stay in that room again. Wasnt worth the money.

Room was ridiculously warm but no air condition or fan. Arrived to no tea, milk or coffee had to come down and ask for some. Wifi was on/off for whole of stay and I did complain to staff
