The staff were helpful when I had trouble with the room temperature on arrival, and they sorted it out quickly. Housekeeping were also very friendly and welcoming. I was initially quite happy with my room - it was clean, the amenities were new, and it felt like great value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. Unfortunately, the stay turned out to be very uncomfortable. The bed was rock solid, as were the pillows, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Even with the fan turned off, there was constant noise throughout the night, and the thin walls meant I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. While I appreciate the cleanliness and service, the noise and lack of comfort made for a restless night. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is located in the Jewellery Quarter ideal for access to many bars and restaurants including the superb St.Pauls Market and only a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre. Our room was comfortable if a little on the small side (no tea/coffee making facilities). Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful
