"Our room did not have a mini fridge, and the shower water never got hot. The restaurant had good food, but the service was unpredicatable (excellent once, and awful the next time). The elevator was extremely slow to arrive. Also had to pay for valet because hotel parking for free was basically non-existent. "

"Staff was awesome. Only complaint is I had to park in an overflow parking deck away from property. Not really a big issue. Everything else was awesome "

"Elevators are months past due for maintenance, breakfast is minimal at best and require “tickets” that there wasn’t someone at the desk to give. Wasn’t able to get at check in- told to get the next morning. No cups for coffee in room, no bags in garbage, no remote for the TV. Decent to shower and sleep and that’s about it. Not nearly worth the price paid. "

"Room was decent, did find any tick pn our bed. Outdoor pool was the reason we stopped here on our way to Florida. Pool was closed due it needing to be inspected"

"Clean room, friendly staff . Guest laundry was not best location being that it is outside on back balcony. All other services were good. "
