Shay in the Steel City Bar was very nice and her customer service was exceptional. The housekeeper Antonio was the best he assisted me without hesitation made my morning. Thank you for having such amazing staff. I would also like to commend the young lady that checked me in was polite, friendly and most of all made check in very very pleasant.

Entire fourth floor smelled extremely damp and moldy like the air conditioning filters hadn’t been changed in years. Our room smelled worse especially when the ac unit turned on.

Amazing staff. The bar n grille food was phenomenal. Very accessible location to everything in Birmingham. I'll definitely be staying here again when I come visit.

The hotel was not ready when we check in. 20 min wait for room to be ready. Front desk also failed to give parking verification for car and only gave us one food ticket for breakfast when we paid for two. Front desk staff was cordial but not ready for the amount of people that checked in.

I've seen a lot of bad reviews on this property. As we arrived lady was leaving complaining about no hot water and the tub not draining. We did not have any issues. We had to wait a bit, room was not ready and was a little smaller than we reserved. But we had an early flight, so no problem.

Overall the staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating. The restaurant on site was good. The room had some areas that could be tended too like the giant crack in the window, dirty walls, carpet but linens were clean.

The staff was very friendly. We did have a booking issue with Expedia sending in the request very last minute. Evan was quick to help and got us the needed beds to accommodate us for a nights sleep.

The hotel was easily found and for the surrounding areas surprisingly quiet, clean, and safe feeling. The hotel was very clean and with a restaurant inside it smelled amazing.
