The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and large. The breakfast buffet has lots of options with one or two staff members constantly replenishing the containers and responding to your requests. One morning while we were there they even made individual smoothies to order. It's a block from Five Points so there are numerous restaurants within easy walking distance. Perfect place to stay if you're in town to see the Civil Rights era museums -- all are about a mile or two away and there's free or cheap metered parking near them.

I wish I read the reviews more carefully upon booking. Parking is super sketchy here and across the street. What’s worse is the staff called it “VIP” parking but it’s just a public parking lot where homeless people sleep. I had my baby with me and felt unsafe parking there and walking to and from the hotel. We checked out immediately and didn’t even bother staying. I would never want to put my child in a situation like that. I would never recommend this hotel unless you don’t have a car and don’t have to worry about the transportation.

This was a good location for a downtown space. I was concerned about parking but they have a generously sized parking lot behind the hotel with a safe walkway into the building. Not sure that it should be an extra charge, though. Breakfast was very good. I would have appreciated coffee throughout the day or at least a water jug with better tasting water than what comes through the tap. A great stay and loved having the refrigerator to keep our food in for our next stop.

Nice property, great front desk service, the room was clean, but the parking was not accommodating. We checked in late and found out they don’t have the same number parks as rooms. We had to park in another parking garage across the street with difficult directions to follow & the cost was $25 per night. Oh and had to pay to park at the hotel the next day for a cost of $15 BUT was given a $10 voucher to spend at the snack shop inside of the hotel. I did also get a free late check out which was very nice considering we did check in late and was inconvenienced. Oh forgot to mention that the day of check out, the housekeeper let herself in while we were fresh out of the shower Without first knocking. So beware, lock the top lock so this won’t happen to you. She did apologize and all in all, it was a nice place to stay.

I’ve stayed at this property over 50 nights in the last 6 months. On one night it was raining ant it rained into my room. It started about 11pm and continued into the morning. I wasn’t able to get another room from them until the next morning. They refused to comp - refund - give Credit - nothing for the room. They said they would see what they could do and they did nothing.
