"The front desk clerk was accommodating but the management is incompetent and misleading and very unprofessional. Whatever the mangers name is she is a black woman with and obese build. One of the most unprofessional Ive ever dealt with. I think its time to change management says 1 Co-Owner."

"The staff was only helpful when it was convenient for them... very little selection at breakfast or in the store. Maids did the bare minimum to our room, rust stains throughout the room, but my favorite was that somehow, when they gave us a room, we attempted to enter, the key worked fine and low and behold, there was already someone staying in that room... we walked in on an older woman in her pajamas in bed watching tv! All of us were shocked, we closed the door and went back to the desk. The employee wasn't even surprised, nor apologetic. Just gave us a new room. What an awkward situation. "

"There is construction going on right now. It is extremely loud and lacks parking spaces. We were notified by noon, on the day we were checking in. Disappointed with the overall experience."

"The room was clean. The mattress was comfy. The bathroom roomy with nice walk-in shower. The room didn’t have a refrigerator which was a little disappointing because I drink lots of water which I like cold. I also bring protein shakes and such with me. I would stay again. Overall very nice. Close enough to walk to BJCC which was the main goal. "

"The staff was okay at check in. The girl held a conversation about Wendy’s with another worker an barely made any comments towards me about my stay. Went directly to the room and wanted to wash my hands and 2 out of the 3 hand towels had hair in them. The pillows are awful. The shower had very little water pressure and the shower head was not flush against the wall. We had to turn the ac down to about 66 to even get a little air moving. I’m not sure that we will be back, especially with the hair in the towels issue"
